This beauty was built in 1914 and is St Paul’s largest Prairie School style house at just under 3,000 square feet. The two-story, five-bedroom home is covered in stucco and multi-tonal brick.  A polygonal window bay rests between porches on the south and west sides of the house.

The home’s first owners, Frank and Rosa Seifert owned a billiard hall in the city. The house still looks much like it did when it was built, but 18-inches of the eaves were removed in the 1950s because of rot. It is recognized as one of the best Prairie School offerings in St Paul.
